2015
January 2015: Family Night and Farewell to Elder and Sister Mower (5 Jan.) It's Monday, 5 January and tonight was the last family night before Elder and Sister Mower conclude their mission and return home. Elder and Sister Hasler were with us tonight. We had a large group in attendance, as you can see from the pictures below. Rodrigo couldn't be there, since he's still in the hospital, but Vanessa came. Also, Jakob, who turned 18 years old on 26 December, was in attendance. Samuel is normally away during the week on his job and wasn't able to attend.
Victor started off with a spiritual thought. We played a getting to know you game that was organized by Sister Mower. Slips of paper were put in a bag with "getting to know you" questions written on them. Then, each of us took a paper from the bag and answered the question. We then passed the question to another person in the room until everyone had at least one turn. Following the activity, we had refreshments and visited with all those in attendance.

(Oma normally doesn't come, but attended because Erika was watching her this afternoon.) Elder Hasler will continue with the German classes after Elder and Sister Mower leave.
